Job Description
- Support heads of departments to develop scope and sequence of different subjects
- Provide professional support and training for teachers and heads of departments
- Follow-up on teachers' performance throughout the year
- Contribute to the overall professionalism of the staff, and follow-up on respective policies of the institution
- Work with other principals in school to make coordinate vertical alignment between all grade levels
Job Requirements
- Managerial and leadership skills to lead a team
- Knowledge of the American System in education in terms of accreditation requirements and needs
- Ability to navigate through curricula of different subjects and assess their quality
- Ability to create a culture of teamwork and collaboration
