Job Description
- Co-ordinate developing and Prepare financial modeling
- Conduct financial and operational analysis (various reports, systems, internet, etc.) as needed for input to development projects
- Gather operating data and research industry trends
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, accounting, development, corporate office) as well as external associates and clients
- Preparing and designing data collection tools & Maintain development documents
- Monitoring and following up on the data collection process within time frames
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Support the enhancement of the development team’s processes and procedures
- Present findings in professional report format
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Major: Finance or Economics. MBA is an asset!
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Skills & Competencies: Outstanding analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, Modelling skills (particularly financial projections), advanced Excel skills, demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, ability to prioritize, perform multiple duties and track projects, understanding of investment return analysis is an advantage
