Job Description
- Follow-up on policies and procedures of the company.
- Plan, prepare and organize daily work schedules.
- Attend sales meetings, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and deliver them to the direct manager.
- Answer customers' inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
- Negotiate the prices and terms of sale.
- Keep track of sales units till closing the sales deal.
- Find new clients using business directories and attend trade fairs.
- Assist customers in making the right choice of their demands, based on the specifications available by the company.
- Cooperate with colleagues in exchanging and updating information according to "market conditions and trends.
- Responds to customers regarding the required information about the company, products and services.
- Develop relationships with existing customers in person, via phone calls and/or e-mails.
- Other duties as Proper-Move executive management may decide.
- Meet the company's goals.
- Coordinate with the developers' representatives regarding new updates and projects.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 Years in Real Estate.
- High level of communication skills.
- Presentable.
- Good Negotiator.
- English Level: Very Good
