Job Description

  • Follow-up on policies and procedures of the company.
  • Plan, prepare and organize daily work schedules.
  • Attend sales meetings, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and deliver them to the direct manager.
  • Answer customers' inquiries about products, prices, and availability.
  • Negotiate the prices and terms of sale.
  • Keep track of sales units till closing the sales deal.
  • Find new clients using business directories and attend trade fairs.
  • Assist customers in making the right choice of their demands, based on the specifications available by the company.
  • Cooperate with colleagues in exchanging and updating information according to "market conditions and trends.
  • Responds to customers regarding the required information about the company, products and services.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers in person, via phone calls and/or e-mails.
  • Other duties as Proper-Move executive management may decide.
  • Meet the company's goals.
  • Coordinate with the developers' representatives regarding new updates and projects.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 Years in Real Estate.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Good Negotiator.
  • English Level: Very Good
