Job Description
- Collecting the orders from sales rep.
- Prepare vendors POs for each of them and applying the prober discounts and negotiating to get the best.
- Revise the Order confirmation and compare with our prices for each item.
- Send the expiry to the sales reps and to confirm for each order.
- Filter the order as per the needed expires and send confirmation to vendors
- Handle the shipment with vendor and follow with freight forwarders (shipping agents) and carriers (Air lines and sea lines).
- Handle with Clearance team and provide them with all the needed documents that will help to clear the shipments ASAP.
- Help concerned person to get MOH approvals for systems shipments.
- Help Clearance team in getting ministries approvals like National security if needed
Job Requirements
- Experience more than 3 years, preferable in Biotechnology and medical field.
- English is excellent.
- Good command in MS applications.
