About the Job
  • Analyze customers needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo
  • Perform the complete system configuration
  • Configurations and development activities required to fulfill customer requirements
  • Deliver Odoo functional training sessions on-site or online
  • Support the sales team during pre-sale.
  • Define the time required for configuration (implementation) tasks
  • Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time
  • Test system end-to-end
  • Deliver system to the client and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test)
  • Deliver training on different Odoo modules
  • Help support team in supporting clients
  • Help sales team in demos
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IS/IT, or Computer Science
  • Good knowledge of business processes & accounting
  • Previous experience in ERP implementation
  • Must have Experience in constriction , manufacturing , Inventory , Supply chain
  • Quick and autonomous learner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Affinity with the IT world
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Excellent planning and communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
  • An affinity with the IT world, you understand
  • Good in English
  • Flexibility to travel - 50% travel to Kuwait City
