Job Description
- Training the supermarket staff on how to handle InstaShop orders and how to use the merchant app
- Making sure the shop is ready to receive orders and handle it
- Following up on supermarkets delivery performance "Speed, infrastructure"
- Solving shops problems with tablets, internet connections ..etc
Job Requirements
- The job requires a lot of mobility between the shops and to be all the time in the field
- Fluent English is a must
- Males only, due to the job nature
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or operations
- Experience in retail business or FMCG is a plus
