Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Medical Recruitment Specialist
- Attract and select the best dental doctors with the right attitude and technical skills.
- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Initiate and execute end to end recruitment process.
- Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints.
- Guide the hiring managers through the end to end recruitment process.
- Develop Job Success Profiles.
- Actively contribute to Goal Alignment, Process improvement (lean) and any other initiative towards increased performance
Job Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of dentistry Or Veterinary is a must.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of English.
