Job Description

  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and Support employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Preparing the yearly manpower plan.
  • Receiving hiring requests & comparing it to manpower plan.
  • Making calibration with managers to determine the required criteria.
  • Advertising & posting the required vacancies through several channels.
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  • Research and recommend new sources for recruiting candidates.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates.
  • Going through the interviewing & selection process (screening, filtering, conducting 1st & 2nd interviews….etc.)

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferably in (Engineering).
