Job Description
- Conduct the necessary day-to-day activities with minimal supervision to ensure continuity of work
- Follow-up on escalated cases /issues/questions of subordinates to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Support in gathering client requirements in a clear and well-defined manner to cater for effective customer experience
- Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
- Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to stakeholders and subordinates
- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
- Create a cohesive style guide and ensure that a consistent design language is applied across the solution designs
- Manage the development of user interfaces and ensure the quality and optimization of all pages in the custom enterprise solutions developed
Job Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in user experience and user interface development
- Intermediate proficiency in needs analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in business analysis and user interface and experience frameworks
- Intermediate proficiency in report writing
- Intermediate proficiency in business acumen
- Intermediate proficiency in team management
- Basic Knowledge in JavaScript language.
- Good Knowledge in (CSS – HTML - Bootstrap) design.
- Advanced Knowledge in Two of Design application (Photoshop – Sketch – Zeplin – InVision – Illustrator – Wireframe.cc).
- Familiar with Atlassian ALM tools.
- Familiar with Agile Scrum.
