Job Description
- Deliver Solutions according to the customer needs including Bill of martial (BOM), Brief of quantity (BOQ), Solution description, and network topology
- Deliver high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) based on the customer needs
- Deliver design, configuration, and support for Unified Communications solutions
- Deliver design, configuration, and support for Switching and Routing solutions
- Providing technical consultancy for the sales teams in all projects
- Deliver technical consultancy for internal teams when needed
- Handling all negotiations with vendors and suppliers to get the best and final prices and protected discounts
- Professional response to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity,
- Preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD) with required scope, Brief of quantity (BOQ), Project plane, compliance, module write-up including solution overview, etc…
- Designing voice networks: Top Level Architecture. Low-Level Architecture. Resolving voice networks design questions.
- Planning and implementing of voice networks solutions. voice IP technology (VoIP), Analog and digital.
- Configure and install various Voice systems. Cisco Call Manager. Cisco voice mail. AVAYA voice solutions. Huawei. Alcatel Lucent. Asterisk. Panasonic.
- Troubleshoot and integrate Voice network solutions.
- Design, configure various active network components. WAN routers, core switches, edge switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions. Configuring VLANs, ports, and protocols.
- Work and assist our sales teams to fill information gaps, and communicate architecture and technical solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.v
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
