Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all the operation process was done completely before starting any campaigns.
- Conducting full communication, training and awareness (either by the campaign operation SPOC or by the owner) to the Taskforce prior each campaign
- Promptly coordinate between the Taskforce and the owners in case of any concern or feedback during the running campaign.
- Meeting the deadline of each campaign and ensure that the owner is aware of any delay in case of system outage.
- Participating on the script preparation to ensure that the massage will reach the customer understood and clearly.
- Providing a weekly report shows the progress of all the working campaign through the campaign channels.
- Make the required analysis which will post campaign month, 3 months and 6 months.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Call Center Knowledge in terms of AHT, Quality assurance and SLA.
- Back office knowledge (complaints & retention).
- Experience 1-3 yrs in the same field
- Very good follow up skills
- Meeting deadlines
- Good command of English Language
- Very good communication skills
- Work under stress
