Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all the operation process was done completely before starting any campaigns.
  • Conducting full communication, training and awareness (either by the campaign operation SPOC or by the owner) to the Taskforce prior each campaign
  • Promptly coordinate between the Taskforce and the owners in case of any concern or feedback during the running campaign.
  • Meeting the deadline of each campaign and ensure that the owner is aware of any delay in case of system outage.
  • Participating on the script preparation to ensure that the massage will reach the customer understood and clearly.
  • Providing a weekly report shows the progress of all the working campaign through the campaign channels.
  • Make the required analysis which will post campaign month, 3 months and 6 months.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Call Center Knowledge in terms of AHT, Quality assurance and SLA.
  • Back office knowledge (complaints & retention).
  • Experience 1-3 yrs in the same field
  • Very good follow up skills
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Good command of English Language
  • Very good communication skills
  • Work under stress
