Job Description

Responsible for:

  • Daily inspection of site housekeeping condition and needs.
  • Ensures that office premises meet the needed standards, including housekeeping maintenance, landscape, and uniform.
  • Assure compliance and implementation of daily facility cleaning plan.
  • Follow-up on clerks and office boys on daily basis.
  • Provide office supplies upon needs plan.
  • Track team attendance and distribution according to business needs.
  • Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Operate budgets on behalf of line manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2-7 years of experience in facility management.
  • High attention to details
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred Real Estate and/or Construction fields.
