Job Description

  • Follow up the various administrative work in the factory.
  • Receive and review the buffet requests and send them for execution.
  • Combine the business memos and irregularities to solve simple problems and present the serious problems to the HR Manager.
  • Review the managerial petty cash and financial adjustments.
  • follow up with new employees and tackle the hiring process issues.
  • Track the attendance records and handle overtimes.
  • Report the employees' updates (Vacations, sick leaves , Deductions, Work Missions) to The personnel specialist in HQ.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Human resource management certificate is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • V.Good English.
  • Excellent command of MS. Office.
  • Males only
