- Follow up the various administrative work in the factory.
- Receive and review the buffet requests and send them for execution.
- Combine the business memos and irregularities to solve simple problems and present the serious problems to the HR Manager.
- Review the managerial petty cash and financial adjustments.
- follow up with new employees and tackle the hiring process issues.
- Track the attendance records and handle overtimes.
- Report the employees' updates (Vacations, sick leaves , Deductions, Work Missions) to The personnel specialist in HQ.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Human resource management certificate is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- V.Good English.
- Excellent command of MS. Office.
