Job Description

Position Summary:

Lead and manage Kroger’s digital marketing strategy and customer communication plans to meet business objectives.

Lead and oversee all digital marketing channels for the enterprise, including email, push notifications, short message service (SMS)/multimedia message service (MMS), social media and paid digital (search engine marketing (SEM), display, etc.) platforms. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Main Job Duties (Summary)

  • Create, supervise and lead a cohesive social media strategy for EiTESAL Online channels
  • Implement plans to drive awareness and ongoing engagement
  • Create, Develop and implement social media marketing strategies and plans across email campaigns, WhatsApp Business, paid digital platforms to drive leads and increase EiTESAL members
  • Collaborate with other teams to create communication/campaign plans to support our services department objectives
  • Use data and insights to evaluate online marketing effectiveness; advise on future strategies and campaigns while communicating findings to all stakeholders
  • Identify strategic programs, partnerships and digital capabilities in support of the digital marketing strategy
  • Oversee digital marketing budgets and report forecasts and actuals to marketing manager
  • Champion new ideas to help the organization evolve with the rapidly changing digital marketing space
  • Follow up with designer and provide attractive ideas for designs

Job Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven Experience on same position
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in social media Advertising, social media Analytics

Competencies

  • Thorough experience of social marketing strategies and channels (email, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, websites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Social media marketing measurements “Success Metrics” and online/offline channel attribution models
  • Advanced oral/written communication, account management and presentation skills
  • Superior prioritization, workload balancing, assessment, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create metrics and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer experience
  • Knowledge of IT industry & its needs is preference
  • Professional Microsoft Office user
  • Command of English & Arabic language
