Job Description
- Resolving account queries and managing debt recovery
- Processing outgoing and incoming funds
- Ensuring timely payments are made.
- Analysis for the facilities from different banks
- Review of interests of loans
- Manage cash flow of the organization
- Liquidity forecast and cash flow reporting
- Banking operations like Transfers, Cheques, LCs, LGs,etc...)
- Review of bank statements and auditing of bank accounts.
- Communication externally with bank representatives to manage bank accounts of the organization.
- Top management liquidity reports.
- Responsible for collecting all monies owing within credit control policies and procedures to ensure that collection targets are met
- Build close internal and external relationships with Sales and customers
- To resolve queries in a timely fashion and collect aged debt with a view to minimizing bad debt provision
- Responsible for looking after any uncatalogued cash items sitting on your set of accounts
- Set and monitor monthly collection targets by territory service center
- Liaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain an accurate position on customer accounts.
- Ensures purchase and sales orders processing from credit within stipulated SLA timelines.
Job Requirements
- Experience in credit control is a must
- Non smoker.
- Bachelor's degree of English Commerce.
- Very good in English (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Access).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- SAP user is preferable.
