To resolve queries in a timely fashion and collect aged debt with a view to minimizing bad debt provision
Responsible for looking after any uncatalogued cash items sitting on your set of accounts
Set and monitor monthly collection targets by territory service center
Liaison and communication with internal departments as required in order to maintain an accurate position on customer accounts.
Ensures purchase and sales orders processing from credit within stipulated SLA timelines.
