Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all networks of water, sewage, fire, electricity and irrigation in the district.
- Responsible for the maintenance and operation of public buildings, apartments, and villas in the district.
- Receives residential buildings, roads and public corridors from contractors in the district.
- Implements the administrative, technical systems and maintenance plans of all the facilities of the main buildings, and residential facilities.
- Follows the restrictions of the approved budgets for maintenance and operation, including: (labor costs, operating expenses, miscellaneous expenses, depreciation and amortization) in the district reporting all that to the Maintenance Manager in charge.
- Prepares the periodical and monthly reports of the zone based on the approved work plan, indicating work license and makes observations thereon.
Job Requirements
- Educational Background: BS in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Knowledge of Civil Maintenance Works, such as: finishing, construction, architecture, plumbing and sanitary works
- Proficiency in necessary Computer Programs.
