Job Description
- Create and Follow up tentative bookings and update reservation status.
- Reviews no-show and canceled reservations and processes charges according to the hotel’s policy.
- Creating booking and advise the customer through our different concepts and ensure high-quality service, giving to customers.
- The primary responsibility of corporate travel agents is planning tour packages, excursions, and day trips On behalf of employees, they book hotels.
- Organizing travels from beginning to end, including accommodation and transportation.
- Great corporate travel agents work well under pressure and quickly respond to customer issues. resolve customer complaints and process refunds and credits when needed.
- Maintain relationships with key persons.
- Keep financial statements and documents.
- Ensuring all Documents Cash are Reported timely. Liaise with Accounts Dept. regarding refund authorities/reissue authority etc.
- In general, perform any other duties might be requested by reservation Manager or the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years' experience in Corporate Travel / Holidays
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
- Good conflict and problem-solving skills; able to apply creative solutions.
- Fluency in English.
