Job Description
- Follow up the administrative assistant in making the required quotations adequately and approving them before sending them to the client.
- Follow-up administrative assistant in the processing of goods orders in accordance with the orders after the review of prices and delivery dates and prove the discount rates
- Follow-up administrative assistant in the work of customer forms after bringing the data adequately (names - address - e-mail ......)
- Follow up the delivery of orders to clients in coordination with the administrative assistant
- Follow up the bag of samples periodically and replace what is required to change
- Follow up the sales position periodically to make proposals to modify the situation and deal with crises in case of necessity
- Follow-up to achieve the annual target of the delegate periodically
- Periodic review of the Covenant
- Follow-up customers after sending quotations in the dispatch of supply orders.
- Follow-up customers in the adoption of samples and send them before starting the manufacture of orders.
- Attending Hess and Hotex Sharm and Hotex Hurghada
- Presentation of products as per the general policy of the company
- Follow-up periodically (at least once a month) to customers
