Job Description
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including Requirements gathering, training users, presales and supporting the sales team
- Demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing CRM system
- Business and process analysis
- Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaising with developers and Business users – act as a point of communication
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years functional knowledge in CRM and sales consultancy/implementation experience
- Strong understanding com CRM, Zoho, Odoo CRM or other packages
- Experience of providing Demonstrations and training about Software products
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations in CRM and sales software
- Business Modeling and Business process Mapping
- Any training / certification in Business analysis will be advantage
- Functional knowledge in the whole supply chain business/systems cycle will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
