Job Description
- Review the lists of clients received for the areas responsible for them and ensure the correctness of their data to ensure the handling of minimum customers.
- Review the list of medication / cosmetic items at prices set by the company to make sure they do not change.
- Follow-up receipt of monthly target and target items for regions to be distributed throughout the month to ensure the realization of the sales plan.
- Follows the sales policy of offers and bonuses for the varieties of medicine / beautification to achieve the highest selling rate of the available items.
- Review lists of medication / cosmetic items and identify deficiencies if any before starting to communicate with customers to be able to place an order properly.
- Divide the quarterly plan on the first sales specialist monthly and follow-up through daily and weekly reports
- Review the daily reports submitted by the team to prepare a report showing the sales team activity
- Attends joint meetings between the marketing and scientific office and senior management to present the investigator and desired problems and how to solve them
- Performs an evaluation of the new members of the team after three months from the date of their appointment to discuss with the direct manager to choose the best elements that achieve the company's goal
- Performs the semi-annual evaluation of the team members and submit it to the direct manager for approval and submission to the performance evaluation department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Computer proficiency
- Experience not less than 6 years
