Summary:
Sales & Marketing analysts are responsible for studying market conditions to assess the potential sales of products and services. Their goal is to help companies determine what products are in demand, who will purchase the products and the price they are willing to pay. Their duties include forecasting and monitoring sales trends, gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing reports for management and utilizing statistical software for data analysis
Sales & Marketing Analyst responsibilities:
- Gather information on competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices and methods of distribution, marketing and consumer opinions to thoroughly learn about the competition.
- Track and forecast trends in sales and marketing, and analyze in detail the data collected to provide management with thorough reports and results to support budget assumptions, identify market potential and factors influencing product demand and support of day to day business.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of advertising, marketing and communications strategies.
- Ability to set the sales direction plan as per the actual market factors and analysis.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Business, Marketing, statistics or related field.
- Real estate experience.
- Excellent experience with data collection methods and surveys at least 2 years.
- Familiarity with search engines, business research tools and web analytics, including CRM programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Multitask, attention to detail, and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint Preferred.
