Job Description
- Develop HRM activities that match Market changes and Company growth.
- Build annual Man Power plan, Organization Chart, Career Path, KPIs.
- Develop Competitive Annual Salary Structure & Dividends according to Market Changes.
- Develop Company rules and ensures its matching with company policy.
- Develop Recruitment and Selection policies / Align sourcing strategies with market changes
- Manage Annual Training plan/ Develop TNA Procedures/ Prepare suitable Career Development plan.
- Follow up Performance Management System and updates according to company changes
- Promotes Coaching techniques and counseling to enhance employee performance and individual growth
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Experience is a must
- Extensive Knowledge in Logistics/labor law/OD/budgeting /Project Management /Compensation &Benefits/Training & Development.
- Hold Hr. Certificates -PHRI is highly preferred
- Supervisory Experience highly recommended
- High Influence and persuasion
- Flexibility
- Ability to change Management.
- Ability to deal with Top Management
- Alexandria resident is A must
