Job Description

Our customer is an educational and training website, looking for candidates for their customer service team:

The position will report to the general manager

  • Monitor product performance and solicit customer feedback on product development opportunities.
  • Monitor billing & financial reports.
  • Manage all data requests for the team
  • Solving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Main Job Duties:

  • Inbound and outbound communication with customers.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide service information to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Experience as the main point of contact or telesales with customers through social channels and telephone.
  • Good secretarial skills.

  • Very good social media and computer skills.
