Job Description

  • Generate new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling.
  • Research accounts, identify decision maker(s) and generate interest.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Maintain and expand accounts database
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on a timely manner, also responsible for Quality Assurance and Problems solving, Directly interface with customers and handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
  • Introduce the new offers to the clients and answer their inquiries.
  • Provide a valuable link between customers and the companies and ensure the effective use of our services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Previous Experience in same industry "Brokerage/ Financial Services" is required.
  • Experience as a Telesales Agent/ Call center is required.
  • Excellent customer relation and Sales skills.
  • English is not required.
