Job Description
- Generate new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling.
- Research accounts, identify decision maker(s) and generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain and expand accounts database
- Responsible for ensuring that all customers’ inquiries are handled on a timely manner, also responsible for Quality Assurance and Problems solving, Directly interface with customers and handle follow up calls /escalations hard calls when required.
- Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
- Introduce the new offers to the clients and answer their inquiries.
- Provide a valuable link between customers and the companies and ensure the effective use of our services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Previous Experience in same industry "Brokerage/ Financial Services" is required.
- Experience as a Telesales Agent/ Call center is required.
- Excellent customer relation and Sales skills.
- English is not required.
