Job Description
- Prepare and validate all purchase spare parts orders (PC, CV and 2.3W).
- Prepare workshops orders (All Commercial and Passenger workshops).
- Review orders of workshops consumable items.
- Make initial requisitions for all new workshops in coordination with concerned BU.
- Prepare spare parts internal requisitions to be transferred to workshops warehouses per the agreed upon replenishment plan in SLAs.
- Ensure that the availability of spare parts in workshop warehouses is based on ABC classifications as per the SLAs.
- Prepare the automotive order planning KPI(s) monthly.
- Apply the authority matrix process for planning module.
- Prepare a periodic stock analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain preferably in the Automotive field.
- Experience in using ERP systems and MS Office.
- Good command of English.
