Job Description
- Implementation for AVAYA call manager & IP voice solutions projects.
- Monthly periodic visits to the client to apply the preventive and corrective maintenance for AVAYA IP Remote and Onsite support for AVAYA Voice over IP system call manager,
- Troubleshooting, identify and resolve voice issues
- Manage Customer faults and issues
Job Requirements
- Fresh, bachelor’s degree Communications or Computer Engineering/ Computer Science
- CCNA is required
- Professional certificates are preferred
