Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the office operations and administrative staff members. He/she will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support.
The candidate's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Monitor and maintain the office equipment and inventory supplies, and order replacement supplies as needed.
- Manage the relationships with our service providers for the outsourced services.
- Coordinate building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, etc.) and updating (carpet cleaning, painting, etc.).
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Manage the support teams such as the drivers, office boys, and the security personnel.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Update office policies and procedures.
- Provide support to department managers, staff, and CEO.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements and/or skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Good command of English language.
- Previous experience in similar role in an industrial company is a MUST.
- Presentable.
