Job Description
- Responsible for driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new partners within their partner territory

Drives inside enablement for Partner
- Owns Channel Partner relationship and works with Partners to identify / qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities. Responsible for managing their partner’s pipeline (deal registration) accuracy in SFDC (outlook, follow up and close)
- Responsible for CPQ for CSG and GCN, Leverages ISRs to complete the CPQ for Tier 1 accounts or large/complex deals and Leads all quoting efforts for partner-led opportunities by completing quotes (no EU coverage, deals are small/simple)
- Drives post-deal activities, Drive Rebate incentive program “Set Targets, Awareness, acceptance, drive sell out, and follow-up, Interfaces between the Partner and Dell EMC teams to ensure that service level agreements are met and any channel conflict is resolved across the sales cycle
- Increases Dell EMC mindshare with Partner
- Leveraging the CPAM Program organization, drive awareness of the Dell EMC Partner Program benefits at the partner; focusing on training, certification and enablement. Responsible for full Dell EMC portfolio with a major in CSG
