Job Description
- Providing exceptional service to our customer base by identifying and applying the best solutions.
- To travel regular national to serve our customer base and to attend training.
- To produce comprehensive service reports and present these back to management and the customer.
- To support colleagues in the back office with technical information through detailed written reports.
- To conduct remote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshooting.
- To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer equipment of all types.
- To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment.
- To troubleshoot and repair equipment,
- To carry out the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- To train customers as required, in the general operations of their equipment either onsite or in a classroom.
- To identify spare parts for service orders.
- To sell accessories and system upgrades through effective system analysis.
- To be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations at all times on customers sites.
- To apply good standards of engineering practice at all times, when carrying out all aspects of service work and installation projects.
- To maintain all personnel test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition and calibrated at all times.
- To effectively promote the DiveMix’s company image.
- To collaborate with departments, cross-functionally to support the entire Lifecycle of our products and customer experience
- To perform additional related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Mechatronics alternatively a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a respectable university
- At least 5+ years of job‐related experience.
- At least 3+ years of air compressor experience
- Egyptian driving license is a must, own a car
- Expert knowledge of MS‐Office Suite
- English ‐ reading, writing, speaking
- Previous experience in compressed air treatment, high-pressure booster, gas generation or similar are a plus.
