Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both.
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
- Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Responsible for the negotiation processes.
Job Requirements
- BS degree is a must.
- 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
