Job Description

NP Solutions is looking for candidates who are dedicated and interested in long-term career growth with our company and willing to contribute effectively to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes/properties they are visiting.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Responsible for the negotiation processes.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree is a must.
  • 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
