Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields (MBA holder is a plus)
- More than 10 years of total work experience + at least more than 3 years of people / operations management experience
- Experience in a similar role involving CRM, Customer Advocacy, customer service management or customer success management is a plus
- A global leader with excellent people management skills
- As good understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity
- Excellent time management and presentations skills
- A good understanding of finance, P&L is a plus
- Flexible and able to adapt to Dell EMC & VMware cultures swiftly
- Goal oriented
