Collaborate with team to curate a steady stream of relevant, engaging conversations across multiple platforms (Facebook, messenger, Instagram, YouTube, website chat, application chat).
Manage and maintain current engagement efforts, including new initiatives to improve user engagement.
Monitor and moderate followers responses and interactions to content.
Monitors the online conversation, and uses insights to optimize engagement efforts.
Looks for relevant #hashtags and conversations to participate in to engage new users/consumers.
Perform other duties as assigned

Must have a passion for social media and be familiar with social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Is a pop-culture fanatic, always staying up to date on whats trending on social and the world.
Demonstrates competency in written, verbal, and analytical skills; strong attention to detail
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Can work independently
Possesses strong EQ skills and judgement when engaging with consumers one on one.

Requirements:

1-2 years of professional experience in Communication, Digital Marketing and Public Relations or other commensurate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Social Media Certification is a plus
