Job Description
- Prepares cost estimate in the early design stage.
- Understand the project requirements and interprets design or engineering drawings and prepares tender documents, B.O.Q, material lists and specifications.
- Review project drawings and all materials to write specifications of the project and comply B.O.Q and specs.
- Quantity Survey all architectural, structural, Landscape...
- Supervise tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
- Complete tender follow-up and negotiations.
- Take full ownership for the various projects assigned to him.
- Participate in studying Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
- Participate in the pricing process of new projects.
- Support the procurement department in getting quotations for tenders pricing.
- Supervise tender documentation including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.
Job Requirements
- Architect or Civil BSc.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong Leadership Skills.
- Very good knowledge/ experience in Commercial Risk
