Job Description
- Ensure all Applications/Policy requests received are logged into the administration system
- Assemble Policy pack/ Endorsement Pack
- Maintain the process flow between Policy Administration and Business Assurance department
- Apply any received Alterations on system
- Maintain the process flow between Individual Administration and Finance Department
- Maintain the process flow between Policy Administration and Underwriting department
- Ensure prompt and active follow up on pending Applications/ Policy requests / emails
Job Requirements
- Experience from 3 to 4 years of experience
