- Recruitment of new staff (white collar and blue collar)
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
- Evaluating selection criteria and testing techniques that ensure compliance with the required standards.
- Develop retention strategies to reduce the rate of turnover.
- Understanding and updating job descriptions as needed.
- Setting and monitoring employee's KPI's based on job descriptions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR & recruitment field.
- People-Oriented.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- High communication and presentation skills.

- MBA in HR Management is a plus.
