Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and welcome Customers Face to face at the company premises.
- Assist Customers with the required products and services.
- Making free trials for all the products for the customers.
- Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction.
- Present the company in a professional and decent manner.
- Follow up on customers' tickets (Repair - Replacement - Refund).
- Manage stock inventory.
- Inform customers via phone that their products are ready for pickup from our head quarter.
- Resolve complaints and answers Customers' questions regarding services and procedures.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve any problems and expedite work.
- Responsible for making daily reports.
- Receive customers calls and answer their inquiries.
Job Requirements
- University graduates.
- Very Presentable.
- Very Good English level.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good Team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work on rotational shifts basis (Max. time 10:00 pm).
- Flexible with rotational days off.
