Job Description
- Receive Marcom briefs from internal stakeholders and execute them with other internal and/or external service providers.
- Hire and manage production agencies to create and execute ATL & BTL campaigns whether audio and/or visual to be aired on TV, radio and/or social media platforms.
- Hire and manage agencies to handle events & exhibitions including and not limited to booth design and production, booth management, flyers/brochures design and printing, giveaways etc.
- Hire and manage agencies to book billboards and design artwork following OLX guidelines and ensure matching direction communicated by the Marketing team.
- Manage the OLX social media team that works on creating engaging content, engaging with audience and transferring the voice of the customer to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage Public Relations (PR) activities with PR agency including and not limited to press releases and articles in various media outlets.
- Collaborate and align with the regional PR and Communications team in Dubai on all activities related to PR.
- Manage Public Policy (PP) activities with PP agency including engagements with various government agencies, parliament representatives and civil society organizations to guarantee a sustainable and healthy environment for OLX to conduct business. This includes ensuring all laws and legislations that impact OLX business are closely monitored and adhered to.
- Align with global PP team on all local engagements in PP area.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience.
- Who has a background in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Policy functions.
- with a track record in executing successful TVCs and events.
- Experienced in working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly dynamic and constantly changing environment as well as managing third parties/agencies.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with quality of deliverables.
- Possessing strong project management experience and track record of building, leading and developing a team
