Job Description

  • Prepare HR documents, Such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Act as company representative towards social insurance offices, labor office, and other labor authorities.
  • Participate at day to day operation
  • Handle employee requests internally under the supervision of Senior HR Staff
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (Employees database, Vacation balance, turnover rates, etc.).
  • Assist in governmental related forms “Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, work permits “.
  • Prepare all kind of deductions and overtime required documents.
  • Update and maintain employees ‘attendance records.
  • Track the employees absent days through the attendance system and inform the employees to submit a signed approved relevant form.
  • Issue the employment contracts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferred in HR or related field
  • Good Command of English
  • 2+ years’ experience in the Personnel section.
  • Very good in Excel skills
