Job Description

  • He/ or She will be Responsible for the Operation management of Installation, Maintenance, and activation of all the accounts. Takes total program leadership accountability for the successful implementation of tasks for multiple market client implementations to ensure that GEBCO and client operation goals are achieved.
  • This role will work alongside other Sales and Marketing team, Finance and local Project Managers in the implementation process, but will hold the overall accountability for large and global implementations.
  • The implementation goals should be achieved with the highest level of program/project management professionalism, discipline and all outcomes delivered seamlessly the very highest standard.
  • This involves leadership and holding of the global program team to successfully deliver all of the program objectives and outcomes.
  • This will be achieved through effective leadership, strong program and project management, and communications skills to apply GEBCO’s vision for total customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Project and program experience and certification
  • Service industry experience
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Ideally a high-level understanding of GBT / travel technologies
