Job Description
- Develops and maintains broad network of contacts and sources to help proactively identify qualified and diverse candidates.
- Utilizes different recruiting sources to identify and recruit diverse candidates and determine new sources to be utilized to attract talent.
- Developing and recommending recruiting techniques to ensure a successful search in a given time frame.
- Posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks.
- Screens applicant resumes and initiates contact with qualified candidates for specific assigned job openings and manages all communications with applicants.
- Proactively confers with management to identify personnel needs (short and long term), job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills.
- Makes an assessment recommendation to the manager on why an applicant is suitable for their position and recommends next steps in the interview process bases on the assessment.
- Assists management and the HR Partner in the offer process by providing recommendations on total compensation, job title, on boarding needs and by processing appropriate new hire paperwork.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience 5-7 years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume database and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent command of English language both written and spoken.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- BSC in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred.
