Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Assures the effective functioning of the administration services to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources, services and processes to meet the needs of the company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises office clerks in regards to:

1. Shifts schedule
2. Work organization and tasks distribution
3. Vacations schedule
4. Attendance

  • Prepares daily reports to the Administration Manager in regards to implementation of cleaning and maintenance processes.
  • Oversee absenteeism rates of vendor company members that provide continuous service ( maintenance, cleaning, security, agriculture, anti-insect)
  • Contact vendor companies in case of lateness of any of their team members and find alternatives
  • Identifying, assessing and controlling health hazards in the workplace
  • Undertaking surveys and evaluating risks to health in the workplace providing clear and accurate information on complex health and safety issues with proposed solutions to management.
  • Recording facts or details of procedures in the workplace that require processes and procedures improvement.
  • Training organization staff on health issues and health awareness regulations
  • Inspect and evaluate workplace environment, equipment’s and practices for compliance with standards.
  • Oversee all the activities of own team to ensure high performance levels and efficient implementation.
  • Responsible for the professional development of own team and ensure it is aligned with the organizational career progression and succession plans.
  • Responsible for setting the team objectives in correlation with the department objectives, provide coaching and action plans required to achieve objectives.
