Job Description
- As a resort manager, your job will include managing all aspects of a resort, including lodging, food and beverage management, human resources, housekeeping, attractions, and guest services. You'll be in charge of employees, finances, customer service, promotions, and quality control. Resort managers often have to work nights and weekends, putting in long hours to ensure the success of their establishment. .
- The Resort Manager is responsible for keeping the resort in good condition, within the budget allocated for maintenance. Owner and hotel guests maximum satisfaction should be his target, together with keeping infrastructure in perfect condition
His job includes supervising services in resort to be done correctly :
- Fresh water supply
- Electric supply
- Electric, water, sewage infrastructure maintenance
- Roads, walkways and retaining wall stones
- Hard and soft landscape
- Lighting of landscape and roads
- Private garden maintenance and irrigation
- Beach maintenance
- Resort cleaning
- Rubbish collection and disposal
- Resort security
- Communication with owners to help solve their problems and enjoy their stay
- Keep good relations with authorities
- Lead and develop his team
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same .
- Experience in Hospitality (Hotels- Resorts) is a MUST .
- Preferable training in (Risk Management, firefighting, First Aid)
- Good Communication Skills .
- Leadership skills
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Problem-solving skills
- Tolerance for pressure
