Job Description
- Assist in the hiring process for the new academic employees.
- Follow up on promoted or terminated academic members in institute and ministry and perform all consequent procedures.
- Issue & update the academic staff database with all the required data for each academic staff member.
- Follow up on academic staff post-graduate studies annually and generating all related reports.
- Receiving published academic researchers from academic staff members and acceptance letters.
- Assist in “Academic Staff Evaluation” per semester
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree
- Excellent command of Arabic & English
- Excellent Computer Skills (excel specifically)
- Knowledge of labor law concerning academic staff (قانون التعليم الخاص)
- Previous experience in educational organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of ministry hiring procedures
