Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target is achieved.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
