Job Description
- Coordinate inbound and Outbound transactions activities.
- Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of products to ensure dock rotation and availability.
- Implementing full warehouse operations KPI’s dashboard including essential daily warehouse operation reports.
- Overseeing the proper processing and documentation of daily received shipments and issued orders.
- Preparing and monitoring the methods used for loading/unloading, including proper safety handling procedures.
- Developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on the proper Inbound and Outbound operations.
- Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times. This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
- Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Acting in the capacity of the Warehouse Supervisor during the Warehouse Supervisor’s absence.
Job Requirements
- Strong Leadership qualities.
- Recognizes and understands part numbers, serials and alpha/numeric codes
- Understands basic inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
- Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
