Job Description
Medical Conferences Sales Manager should:
- Understand clients' needs and wants
- Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly
- Negotiating Partnership & Sponsorship deals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Find new sales opportunities
- Market products to potential clients
- After-sales support to ensure that client maintains a long term relationship
Job Requirements
- Marketing and Sales background.
- Medical Background is a must
- Doctors connections/database is a huge plus.
- Good understanding of the Continuous Medical Education (CME) Ecosystem
- Tech savvy who smoothly interacts with technology
- Previous involvement in organizing or selling medical courses, conferences & workshops is a plus.
- 3+ Years of Experience
- Proven experience as a sales person
- MS Office Proficiency, especially excel
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer-service orientation
- A team player with leadership skills
