Job Description
- Monitor & performing all accounting functions according to financial procedures in the System.
- Responsible for tax treatments.
- Analyze the available information to provide management with reports.
- Maintain and enhance the internal control procedures.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial and legal document.
- Accounts Payable & Review all Suppliers, Whole Sellers and Hotels.
- Accounts Receivables & Persuade clients to pay amounts due on credit accounts, damage claims, or non-payable checks.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Locate and monitor overdue accounts.
- Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts regarding the collection.
- Review of General Ledger.
- Banking, Employees Salaries and Commission.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Similar.
- Very Good command in English.
- 0-5 Years of Experience in Finance
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Residence near to the office location at 6th October City, Sheikh Zayed City or Neighboring Residence is preferred.
- Dealing with BSP and IATA.
