Job Purpose :
- The pre-sales engineer will work in the Infrastructure division and will support sales teams in designing network connectivity solutions for current and potential customers.
- Pre-sales engineer collaborates with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations. ... He also responds to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform as a Pre Sales Solutions Architect in networking technologies for enterprise clients.
- Provide technical support and consultation to account executives using your expertise of networking, security and/ or data center.
- Design solutions for customers and document the scope of projects.
- Assist in driving overall revenue and increase profitability.
- Align the business needs of customers and prospects to a technical solution and presenting the solution the customer in terms of business benefits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electronic or Communication Engineering.
- Experience from (1-3 years) in the same role.
- Low current network design (CTV-ACCESS - IPTV- IPTEL- BMS-VMS)
- Access Control system
- Public address system
- Strong Networking Expertise
- Experience with Cisco or similar products: switches, routers, wireless, firewalls, Sourcefire, nexus, etc.
- Strong Pre Sales Experience
- Active CCNP and/ or CCIE certifications are highly desired
- Experience with Cisco or similar Security, Data Center and/ or Collaboration are a plus
- Designing network solutions for enterprise customers
- Proven experience of successful solution selling
- Proven presentation and sales skills
- Excellent communication, documentation and customer-facing skills
